E-Invoicing UAE (einvoicinguae.ae) is an independent UAE e-invoicing guidance and implementation service operated by SHORIQ TECH LLC, a technology engineering company licensed in Shams, Sharjah. It helps businesses confirm their mandate deadline, choose an Accredited Service Provider (ASP), connect their accounting or ERP system, and automate invoice processing with agentic AI built on the FlowFirst platform. E-Invoicing UAE is not an Accredited Service Provider, not a tax advisor, and not affiliated with the UAE Ministry of Finance or Federal Tax Authority.
Why this site exists
Almost everything written about UAE e-invoicing is written by someone selling a platform. That is not a criticism — providers know the mandate well — but a business choosing between dozens of accredited providers deserves at least one guide with nothing to sell but its time.
Who operates it
E-Invoicing UAE is a brand of SHORIQ TECH LLC, a UAE technology engineering company working on the Microsoft stack, agentic AI on the FlowFirst platform, and data analytics. SHORIQ’s engineers do the integration and automation work described on this site. More at shoriq.ae.
How we stay independent
- No Accredited Service Provider pays us to appear here, to be shortlisted, or for referrals. If that ever changes, every page where it matters will say so.
- Our ASP shortlists for clients are drawn from the Ministry of Finance register and come with the reasons written down.
- We say where a question is a tax question and refer you to a tax advisor.
How we keep information current
Every regulatory statement is checked against an official source, listed on our sources page. Deadline copy is calculated for the date it is served and the site is rebuilt nightly, so a passed deadline never shows as upcoming. Each regulatory page carries the date it was last reviewed.
