E-invoicing integration for your ERP
In short: For a business running SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or a custom ERP, UAE e-invoicing is an integration project: invoice data must be mapped to PINT AE, sent through an accredited provider, and every rejection and status message handled back in the ERP. SHORIQ scopes it in a fixed-fee readiness sprint, then builds, tests and supports go-live.
First-wave businesses go live on 1 January 2027. If your invoices come out of an ERP, the work is not choosing software — it is making your ERP’s data, processes and exceptions fit the PINT AE model and your provider’s interface.
What the work involves
- Data mapping — your ERP’s invoice, credit note and self-billing fields to PINT AE, including tax categories, buyer Peppol IDs and references to original invoices
- Master data — customer and supplier identifiers, tax registration numbers and units of measure cleaned before they cause rejections
- The connection — the provider’s connector or API, with retries, idempotency and monitoring designed in rather than discovered in January
- Inbound — receiving e-invoices from suppliers into the ERP, ready for matching
- Rejections and status — every provider response written back to the source document so finance can see what was accepted, rejected and why
- Testing — your real invoice scenarios, including the awkward ones: retentions, advance payments, multi-currency, credit notes against prior periods
How an engagement runs
- Readiness sprint (fixed fee) — scope by entity and system, gap list, provider shortlist matched to your ERP, and a written integration plan with dates
- Build and test — mapping, connection and exception handling, tested against your scenarios in the provider’s test environment
- Go-live and hypercare — cutover, the first weeks of live traffic watched closely, and handover documentation your team can run with
The engineers who scope the work build it. The engineering practice behind this page is SHORIQ’s.
After go-live
The same integration is the foundation for invoice automation: matching, exception routing and receivables follow-up on agentic AI.
