Privacy policy

This policy explains how SHORIQ TECH LLC (“SHORIQ”, “we”), which operates E-Invoicing UAE, handles personal data that reaches us through einvoicinguae.ae. We are a company licensed in Shams (Sharjah Media City), Sharjah, UAE, and we process personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data.

What we collect

  • Deadline checker — your answers are processed in your browser and are not sent to us. If you ask us to email your plan, we receive your work email, company (optional), the accounting or ERP system you selected, your checker result and whether you asked for a call.
  • Contact form — your name, work email, company, the systems you mention, your message and the page you sent it from.
  • Email — your email address and whatever you choose to include.
  • Browsing — our hosting provider processes technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site and count visits in aggregate.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie if it needs to check that a visitor is not an automated attack. If we add analytics later, it will load only after you agree, and this page will say so first.

Why we use it

To send the plan you asked for, to reply to your enquiry, to prepare and carry out any engagement you ask for, and to keep the site secure. We do not sell personal data, we do not share it with Accredited Service Providers, and we do not add you to marketing sequences.

Who processes it for us

  • Cloudflare — hosts and protects this site.
  • Web3Forms — receives checker and contact-form submissions and forwards them to our inbox.
  • Zoho Mail — hosts our email, where enquiries are kept.

These providers process data on our behalf and only to provide their service. Some of their systems are located outside the UAE; where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards the law requires.

How long we keep it

As long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and any period the law requires afterwards.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@shoriq.ae; we act on requests within the time the law allows.
